Refund Policy

• Monthly and annual plans: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used a paid check. After that, no refunds for the current period, but you can cancel any time to stop renewal.
• Field visits and add-ons: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the visit. No refund after the officer has been dispatched.
• Full Deal Verification: as set out in the engagement letter for that deal.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: always refunded in full.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
