Independent: Vanguard Verify never verifies a deal in which any Vanguard entity is a buyer, seller or broker. Your documents and findings are confidential and never used for trading.

How we apply it

• When you order a check, we ask: "Is any Vanguard / VTCGW company involved in this deal?" If the answer is yes, the check is declined and nothing is charged.
• Documents and findings are used only to run your check and to protect members from known fakes, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
